Bridging The Gap Transportation,LLC does not offer NO REFUND for No-Call, No Show, Denied Visits, or visit Terminations.

All passengers must reserve a seat upon entering Bridging The Gap Transportation, LLC vehicles. Due to limited seating no passenger will be transported if proper reservation was not confirmed. If seats are still available, passengers can make a reservation one hour before departure, by calling (215)-439-7120.

Advanced Payments are required within 48 hours for:

  • All First-Time Passengers
  • SCI Fayette & SCI Forest Passengers
  • Passengers who have a history of No-Call, No Show

*Payments made online must be paid through Paypal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

All other passengers may pay upon arrival of the Bridging The Gap Transportation, LLC vehicle the day of the scheduled trip. We accept Cash Only when payments are made the day of the trip.

 

No Drugs/Contraband

Drugs and Contraband are prohibited on this van service and on the prison grounds. Bridging The Gap Transportation, LLC will comply with ALL vehicle drug searches on the prison property. State and Federal Law requires Bridging The Gap Transportation, LLC to cooperate with law enforcement if a passenger is caught with prohibited items. The Prison has the right to deny all visits if a passenger is caught with contraband. Bridging The Gap Transportation, LLC does not offer no refunds for visit denials.

Remember, we are here to see and support our loved ones, today we are a day closer to their release, and bringing contraband may result in you being arrested as well.

 

Visit Termination/ Denied Visit

Violation of prison rules may result in a visit being terminated. The individual may also be suspended or removed from the approved visiting list. Violations include refusing to be searched, possessing contraband, attempting to convey contraband to an inmates, attempting to visit while intoxicated, falsifying identification, loaning identification to others, wearing inappropriate clothing, and engaging in prohibited physical contact, sex, or other behavior. If caught bringing illegal contraband into a prison, a visitor may be detained, arrested, and possibly prosecuted. Visitation may, obviously, also be curtailed or terminated in an emergency and visiting room over-crowding.

Bridging The Gap Transportation, LLC does not offer refunds for visit/early terminations.

 

No Smoking, No Cursing, No Inappropriate Behavior.

We ask that you are considerate of other passengers while riding Bridging The Gap Transportation, LLC Service. There is absolutely no smoking, no theft, no violence, no alcohol or obvious

intoxication, no loud, abusive, or profane language permitted while on Bridging The Gap Transportation, LLC vehicles. If we observe or hear a report that a violation of one of these rules has occurred, you will be immediately banned from riding Bridging The Gap Transportation, LLC.

Please show respect for yourselves and the other passengers.

 

Inclement Weather

Your safety is our number one priority here at Bridging The Gap Transportation, LLC. If the weather is threatening (snow storms, ice storms, etc) Bridging The Gap Transportation, LLC will be forced to cancel the scheduled trip. We will contact each passenger and inform them of the cancellation and the rescheduled date. If we are unable to accommodate you with the new scheduled date a REFUND will be issued.

Please Note: The weather in Philadelphia/ Surrounding Counties differ from the Upstate Pennsylvania Counties.

 

Day of the Trip:

Adults must have one of the following proper forms of identification:

One of these forms of ID:

  • Driver’s license or ID card issued by a state or outlying possession of the United States provided it contains a photograph or information such as name, date of birth, sex, height, eye color, and address.
  • ID card issued by a federal, state, or local government agencies or entities provided it contains a photograph or information such as name, date of birth, sex, height, eye color, and address.
  • S. Passport

 

Minors must have two of the following proper forms of identification:

  • S. social security card issued by the Social Security Administration.
  • Original or certified copy of a birth certificate issued by a state
  • School record or report card
  • Clinic, doctor, immunization, or hospital record
  • Learner’s Permit or Temporary Driver’s License.

 

IMPORTANT: All minors under 18 years of age must have the appropriate visitors form DC-313 or DC-313A signed by both the parent or legal guardian of the child and the inmate’s counselor or unit manager before the minor will be placed on the inmate’s list. Incarcerated parents are NOT permitted to sign these forms.

 

Dress Code – What NOT to Wear

Visitors are expected to dress appropriately and avoid clothing styles that are revealing or provocative.

Women are encouraged to wear bras that do NOT include metal underwire support.

-No coats, jackets or other outer garments (excluding suit coats, sports jackets/blazers and or cardigan type sweaters)

-No see-through clothing

-No clothing that exposes private body parts

-No shorts or miniskirts shorter than 4 inches above the middle of the kneecap

-No sleeveless shirts or tank tops

-No spaghetti strings or shirts that expose the shoulder or midriff

-No halter tops

-No spandex or leggings

-No pajamas worn as outer garments

-No hoods of any kind

-No bobby pins, safety pins, decorative pins, hair accessories and/or jewelry items that do not successfully clear the metal detector

-No bathing suits

-No clothing that references obscene language, drugs, sex of violence

-No bare feet

-No boxer shorts

-No clothing with rips, tears or revealing holes that are in areas of the body that may reveal breasts, nipples, buttocks, genital area.

-No pajamas or lingerie

-No knapsacks

-No book bags or back packs

-No wallets
